- Should possess social perceptiveness, should be gently persuasive and should have the ability to make students feel safe and secure.
- Provide personalized guidance to students regarding educational opportunities, career paths, and academic programs.
- Consult students or guardians regarding study abroad through face-to-face, phone, and social media platforms.
- Listening to students' academic, emotional, social and behavioral concerns in an open and non-judgmental way.
- Maintain follow-up communication over phone calls, social media & email with prospective clients.
- Should possess English speaking fluency to prepare students for their pre-CAS interview.
- Assist the students with the application process with end-to-end support in documentation and visa processing.
- Organize and record student's documents and maintain privacy strictly regarding all students and the organization.
- Stay updated on educational trends, universities, and scholarship opportunities as well as the strategies and rules of EU, UK, New Zealand and Australia higher education, visa, migration and language assessment tests.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, ensuring our clients have access to the best opportunities.
- Maintain the company's rules and regulations as well as uphold the organization's work culture.
- Any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the authority.

- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
