Responsibilities & Context:Job Description:Moula Boksh Karim Boksh Limited, a leading distribution company with over 600+ employees, is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, target-driven individuals with excellent communication skills, responsible for promoting and selling our products/services, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate sales leads
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
Education Requirements:
  • HSC
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Only Male
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Previous sales experience (1-2 years preferred but not mandatory)
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings
  • Valid ID (NID/Passport) for verification
