Responsibilities & Context:Plan and execute regular customer visits to promote, sell, and expand the coverage of Lubricants in retail channels.Achieve sales growth and collection targets with a strong focus on Lubricant products in the assigned territory.Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to strengthen brand loyalty and ensure sustainable business growth in the lubricants segment.Monitor market trends and competitor activities while analyzing lubricant market data to identify new business opportunities.Ensure timely sales, delivery, payment collection, and reporting to maintain efficiency and track lubricant business performanceEducation Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience:

At most 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Automobile, Technical Infrastructure

Additional Job Requirements:

Age At most 35 years

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.Compensation & Other Benefits:
