- Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions in collaboration with department heads.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of software engineers, designers, QA, and support staff.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top tech talent.
- Develop and oversee appraisal systems, KPIs, and goal-setting processes for employees.
- Work closely with managers to evaluate performance and recommend development plans.
- Recognize and reward top performers while addressing underperformance effectively.
- Implement HR initiatives to boost morale, job satisfaction, and employee retention.
- Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and cultural events.
- Act as a mediator in resolving workplace conflicts and grievances.
- Identify skill gaps in technical and non-technical areas.
- Arrange professional training programs, workshops, and learning platforms for continuous development.
- Encourage a learning culture to keep employees updated with the latest technologies.
- Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payroll processing.
- Manage employee benefits such as leave, insurance, and bonuses.
- Handle attendance, leave, and timesheet systems.
- Support leadership in creating an open, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Provide HR analytics and reports to management for better decision-making.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- At least 1 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Travel Agent
- Age At least 22 years
- Proven HR experience (preferably in IT/software industry).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and modern HR tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with HR software (HRMS, ATS, Payroll tools) is an advantage.
