SAJIDA`s portfolio comprises of community centric development programmes on women`s livelihood and health, climate change and urban poverty, a premier microfinance operation which serves more than 780K+ members through 400 offices, and six specialized healthcare enterprises.Job Location: Head OfficeOrganisation: SAJIDA FoundationReports To: Director (Microfinance)key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive programme strategy (Suchona), aligned with the organisation`s overall goals and objectives.Lead the ideation, conceptualisation, and launch of innovative microfinance products (Suchona), ensuring competitive positioning in the market.Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and trends, informing product design, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.Oversee the development and implementation of robust risk assessment and management procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and minimising potential financial risks.Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and support to drive excellence in client service and achieve program goals.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and success of microfinance products, regularly reporting progress to senior management.Streamline processes and workflows within the programme (Suchona) to ensure operational efficiency and effective utilisation of resources.Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as Communications, HR, Finance and Risk Management to ensure seamless product integration, marketing campaigns, and compliance.Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, promoting a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to continuously enhance the customer experience.Education Requirements:
Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor`s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master`s degree preferred.Experience:
At least 15 years
