Responsibilities & Context:Lead the HR & Compliance department ensuring smooth manpower management and compliance with buyer and legal requirements.Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance strategies aligned with labor laws and international buyer codes of conduct.Monitor factory working conditions, health & safety, fire safety, environment policy (ETP, STP, RO, Solar & Rain Water Harvesting Plant) and worker welfare programs.Maintain liaison with buyers, auditors, BGMEA, labor office, and other relevant authorities.Handle recruitment, training & development, performance appraisal, and grievance management.Ensure compliance audit readiness (Social, technical, CTPAT, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ICS Social, FCCA, RCS, GOTS, OCS, RWS, OEKO-TEX, etc.).Lead and guide HR & compliance team to achieve organizational goals.Education Requirements:
