Responsibilities & Context:To be responsible for the entire activities of Legal & Estate Department.Providing variety of transactional and documentation support on legal & estate issues in the business activities.To be responsible for providing legal opinion and legal vetting of charge / legal documents.To be responsible for preparing various kinds of legal agreement i.e. MOU, DOA, POA etc.Interact with Advisor in handling disputes, litigation, governmental queries, statutory compliances, etc.Handling internal control systems (legal & estate audit) to ensure that the set quality standards are maintained and duly observed in the preparation, closure and administration of agreements.Updating management with relevant legal & estate updates impacting the groups business.Handling in-depth, Contracts law, Transfer of Property Act and Rent Act; litigation.To be responsible for rendering legal judgment on land, regulatory, corporate and real estate issues.Appear before the Court in respect of any issue in favor of company.Drafting all kinds of legal & estate documents.Any other tasks assigned by reporting supervisor/ management.Education Requirements:LLB & LLM from any reputed University.Barrister will get advantage.Experience:

At least 14 years
