We are looking to hire smart, energetic, honest and sincere professionals who would add more proficiency and passion to our business.Sales & Order ManagementReceive and process customer orders from sales representatives or clients directlyCoordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely dispatch and deliveryPrepare quotations, sales invoices, and delivery notesMaintain records of sales transactions and follow up with customers as neededSupport the sales team with documentation, presentations, or client communicationAccounts & Payment Follow-upTrack sales team, customer payments and monitor outstanding duesSend payment reminders and follow up on overdue invoicesCoordinate with the finance/accounts department for billing and reconciliationMaintain accurate records of receivables and payment statusAdministrative SupportHandle day-to-day office operations (phone calls, emails, scheduling, filing)Maintain and update customer and vendor databasesAssist in the preparation of reports, sales summaries, or internal documentationManage office supplies and coordinate with vendors as neededReporting & CoordinationGenerate weekly/monthly sales and payment reports for managementLiaise between departments (sales, accounts, logistics) to ensure smooth order flowHelp coordinate internal meetings or customer visitsEducation Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.Additional training or certification in office management, accounting, or sales support is a plus.Experience:
  • 2 to 4 years
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only Male
2-4 years of experience in a similar administrative, sales coordination, or customer service roleExperience handling order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-upsFamiliarity with basic accounting principles and accounts receivable processesExperience working with CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and invoicing tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsGood organizational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail, especially with data and financial follow-upAbility to coordinate with multiple departments and maintain customer relationshipsCompensation & Other Benefits:
