- Providing administrative support to the sales team, managing sales-related documents, and ensuring efficient sales operations.
- Maintain sales records, customers' database, and other sales documents.
- Addressing inquiries, providing support, and handling complaints of dealers and customers.
- Compiling sales reports, analyzing sales data, and monitoring sales performance.
- Compiling farm visit report.
- Follow up on sales teams' daily activities, like sales call reports and market visit reports.
- Inventory level monitoring and coordinating product and services.
- Checking the TA/DA bill of sales and marketing teams.
- Assisting with tasks like scheduling sales meetings, seminars, and preparing presentations.
- Handing papers, work, updating records, and performing other critical duties as needed by management.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- 3 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Livestock, Animal/Plant Breeding, Hatchery, Dairy
