Responsibilities & Context:If you are passionate about people, organizational culture, and talent management, join our dynamic team as an HR Executive and play a key role in driving our employee engagement, recruitment, and development efforts.Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Coordinate onboarding & orientation programs
Maintain employee records
Organize employee training, workshops, and Student
Support management in performance appraisal and conflict resolution

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's in Human Resource Management or relevant field.

Experience:

At least 1 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements:

1+ year experience in HR or similar role (Freshers may apply for junior positions)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus
