Responsibilities & Context:Job Summary: Kloud Project Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth workforce management in alignment with company policies. The HR Officer will handle the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and training. As the sole HR personnel in the company, the role requires someone dynamic, smart, and able to balance both strategic and operational HR responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Staffing

Post job advertisements, shortlist CVs, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.

Policy & Compliance

Draft, update, and implement HR policies in line with labor laws.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company standards.

HR Operations

Maintain daily attendance and leave records.
Prepare and manage payroll, salary adjustments, and employee benefits.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the point of contact for employee grievances and provide resolution.
Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities.

Training & Development

Identify training needs and arrange internal/external sessions.
Monitor employee performance and support career development.

Exit Management:

Manage resignations, final settlements, and clearance procedures

Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field (PGD in HRM is a plus).

Experience:

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 25 to 30 years

1-3 years of proven HR experience in HR operations or generalist roles..
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and compliance.
Proficiency in HRIS/attendance & payroll systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Salary Review: Yearly
