Responsibilities & Context:Perform market analysis for direct coverage increase and market expansion.Formulate strategies & plans and implement those through distributors.Identify, recruit and on-board new distributors.Guide, track, and manage distributor performance to ensure the achievement of revenue targets.Ensure training of the distributors and their sales team for continuous improvements in capability, knowledge, customer service, performance and profitability.Prepare budgets and manage expenses within the budgets.Cancel the distributorship whenever necessary.Any other task assigned by the management.Education Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience:

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Healthcare/Lifestyle product
