- To manage Team to meet sales target.
- Developing and setting sales and marketing plan.
- Must be target oriented able to fulfill responsibilities.
- Setup new dealers/distributors independently and monitor existing dealers with good relationship.
- To search & find market gaps and take initiative to appoint dealer for coverage.
- Finding and locating the potential sources for marketing and sales.
- Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.
- Responsible for reporting sales & market related information to superior timely with accuracy.
- Collect competitor's necessary info, activities, and strategies with the help of resource person and report to management.
- Monitor and lead respective Territory sales managers & sales officers to achieve overall company goals.
- At least 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Toiletries
- Age At least 30 years
- Only Male
- Only experienced in FMCG (Detergent & Toiletries items) Candidates are allowed to apply
