As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven General Manager Sales to lead and expand our sales team, execute growth strategies, and drive revenue generation across our premium property portfolio.Position Overview:The General Manager - Sales will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales operation in our company. As a senior leadership role, the GM, Sales will manage the sales team, set sales targets, create and execute strategies to increase revenue, and collaborate closely with senior management to ensure the company`s objectives are met. This role is integral to driving business success, building strong client relationships, and positioning our company as a top player in the real estate market.Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership & Team Management:Lead the Sales Team: Manage and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure team success.Set Sales Targets: Develop, communicate, and monitor sales goals, ensuring all targets are met or exceeded on a consistent basis.Recruit & Train: Identify staffing needs, recruit top sales talent, and oversee continuous training and development to ensure the team is equipped with the skills necessary for success.Performance Management: Evaluate team performance regularly, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to ensure peak productivity.Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies designed to increase market share and drive revenue growth.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and areas for expansion.Lead Generation: Oversee lead generation strategies, ensuring effective use of marketing resources and tools to drive qualified leads to the sales team.Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness from lead generation to deal closure.Client Relationship & Business Development:Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business partnerships and repeat business.Negotiation & Closing: Lead complex negotiations and support the sales team in closing high-value deals, ensuring the best possible terms for both the company and clients.Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a customer-centric approach to sales, ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout the sales process and beyond.Collaboration & Reporting:Collaboration with Senior Management: Work closely with senior leadership, providing regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and potential business opportunities.Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Develop and maintain sales forecasts, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on sales outcomes regularly.Budget Management: Ensure sales efforts are aligned with the company`s financial goals, managing sales budgets effectively to drive profitability.Growth & Expansion:Market Expansion: Identify and explore new markets, geographic regions, or property types to expand the company`s reach and increase revenue streams.Brand Positioning: Strengthen our company position in the premium real estate market by leveraging the company`s reputation, marketing efforts, and customer success stories.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Related Field (Minimum requirement)Master`s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, Sales Management, or a related discipline (Preferred)Professional Certification in Sales Management or Leadership (e.g., Certified Sales Executive (CSE), Sales Leadership Certification) (Optional, but advantageous)Diploma or Certification in Real Estate Sales or Real Estate Management (Optional, but beneficial)Experience:
  • At least 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup

Real Estate Expertise: Strong understanding of the real estate market, particularly in selling premium plots and land.
