Responsibilities & Context:Job Context(A 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory) 92, Rajphulbaria, Tetuljhora, Savar, Dhaka. We are looking for a energetic and experienced ECR Asst. Manager / Manager.Job Responsibilities :

Evaluation, Monitoring & ensure overall environmental & chemical requirements of the factory as per environmental, chemical & buyer rules & regulation.
Set short term/long term objectives & target for continual improvement of environmental performance.
Analyze the environmental aspect & impact & take mitigation measure for significant aspects & impacts.
Work in HIGG FEM, Clean Chain, Greenstone, AWS, RCS, GRS, OCS, GOTS, OEKOTEX 100 & Step by OEKOTEX.
Maintain buyer's chemical management program, water managements program, environmental management program & waste management program.
Prepare Energy, Water, Wastewater & others consumption Record as per audit requirements.
Prepare chemical inventory, wastage inventory as per buyer's requirements.
Collect SDS, TDS, Test Report & RSL/MRSL declaration letter from chemical supplier & provide to concern department and follow APEO/AP/AZO/FORMALDEHYDE guidelines.
Conduct all chemical & environmental training as per audit requirements.
Conduct Environmental & Chemical Risk Assessment and deal with related Corrective Action Plans (CAP).
Work on Acid license & Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC).
Co-ordinate with 3rd party regarding chemical testing, wastewater testing, Calibration & environmental assessment as per respective guideline (ZDHC, RSL/MRSL, HIGG FEM).
ETP & Wastewater Monitoring.
Any other task assigned by the management.

Education Requirements:

Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science

Experience:

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Garments,Textile,Group of Companies,Dyeing Factory

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 30 to 40 years

The applicants should have experience in working in Environmental and Chemical Compliance in any reputed Knit Composite factory as the Environmental & Chemical Responsible (ECR).Working experience in working with H&M Buyer will be considered as added advantageShould have good communication skills both in Bangla and English, must be a team player with a pleasant personality.Company Information:-Vertical set up including printing and embroidery in one premise. -Knitting Capacity: 30 Tons per day. -Dyeing Capacity : 30 Tons per day. -Garment Production: 3 million pieces per month.
