Responsibilities & Context:BYSL Global Technology Group is seeking a proactive and skilled individual for the position of Senior Executive, Human Resources. In this role, you will support the HR department in executing key HR functions, focusing on recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. You will collaborate with department heads and contribute to building a strong, motivated workforce aligned with the organization's values and objectives.Job Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify and fulfill manpower requirements for the retail sales associate roles.Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.Prepare, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and Quarterly Goals to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.Maintain and prepare job description of required manpower, transfer of employee, promotion and job enlargement of management staff;Assist in the implementation of the annual performance evaluation process, including goal setting, KPI tracking, and feedback collection.Assist to ensure automation on HR issues.Manage employee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.Assist in updating the Employee database in accordance with legal and regulatory changes.Support in maintaining accurate job descriptions and overseeing benefits administration.Assist in the implementation of annual performance evaluations and KPIs.Support senior management in resolving employee relations issues and fostering a positive work environment.Ensure proper conflict resolution practices and maintain a high level of employee engagement.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.PGD in HRM will be an added advantage.Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies

Key Qualifications:In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law (2006 and Amendment 2018).Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, HRIS systems, and project management software.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment.Must have general knowledge and understanding of islamic valuesExperience Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Compensation & Other Benefits:Performance BonusFestival BonusesCompetitive SalaryYearly Salary Review
