Responsibilities & Context:Conduct end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, selection & onboarding).Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods.Assist in planning, coordinating, and conducting employee training programs and workshops.Identify training needs in collaboration with different departments and ensure smooth execution.Maintain recruitment and training-related reports and records.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
BRAC University,East West University,North South University,Independent University, Bangladesh,Bangladesh University of Professionals students will get preference

Experience:

At most 1 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
