Recruitment & OnboardingManage end-to-end recruitment and selection processesPrepare and publish job advertisements; screen CVsSchedule interviews, perform reference checksManage joining formalities and issue appointment/contract letters2. Attendance & Leave ManagementMaintain and monitor daily attendance records of all employeesVerify leave requests and ensure accurate leave balancesCoordinate with departments to ensure punctuality and discipline3. Salary & Payroll SupportCollect and verify monthly attendance for payroll processingCoordinate with Accounts for monthly salary disbursementAssist in preparing salary sheets, bonuses, and related reportsEnsure confidentiality and accuracy in all salary-related matters4. Performance ManagementAssist in implementing performance appraisal systems through KPICoordinate with departments for timely evaluationsMaintain records and support employee development initiatives5. Employee Lifecycle ManagementManage confirmation, promotion, and employee separation processesIssue related letters and documents (confirmation, promotion, NOC, experience certificate)Conduct exit interviews and ensure full and final settlement supportEducation Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

1 to 2 years
