Responsibilities & Context:Recruitment & selectionCollect and screen resumes for various positions.Post job advertisements on different platforms.Arrange and coordinate interview sessions (calls, SMS, emails).Check references and collect necessary employee information.Issue Offer Letters and Appointment Letters after finalizing candidates.Onboarding & joining formalitiesOrganize employee orientation programs for new joiners.Manage joining documentation including NDA signing and stamp paper formalities.Coordinate with bank for account opening (prepare LOI, send forms).Issue employee ID card & access card (liaise with vendor).Arrange SIM card and mobile set allocation (new, replacement, or credit limit changes).Employee engagement & relationsAssist in maintaining positive employee relations and workplace harmony.Support in handling employee grievances, queries, and conflict resolution.Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, well-being events, and retention programs.Manage employee birthday program: circulate monthly birthday list, send greetings, and arrange daily cake distribution.Organize and track participation in Knowledge Club sessions (attendance, photos, posting on bti forum).Assist in planning and coordinating training, workshops, cultural, recreational, and CSR activities.Employee separationProvide and process resignation forms, clearance forms, and handover-takeover forms.Maintain manual and digital records of resignations and prepare turnover reports.Issue experience letters, NOC, and salary certificates as required.HR database & documentationMaintain and update employee records, personal files, and HRIS accurately.Ensure confidentiality and proper filing of all HR-related documents.HR reports & analysisPrepare and maintain HR-related reports on recruitment, turnover, attendance, and separations.Support in analyzing HR data and generating insights for decision-making.Welfare & complianceVerify employee applications for welfare fund support (hospital bills, test reports, medicine bills).Participate in welfare meetings through Zoom.Administrative factorsPrepare bills for ID cards, birthday cakes, and other HR expenses.Circulate official communications through email as required.Draft and edit HR content, ensuring professional communication across the organization.Education Requirements:BBA/MBA in Human Resources or related field from any recognised university.Additional Job Requirements:1-3 years of relevant experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Bangla.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and expertise in Generative AI tools.Excellent content writing skills for official communication, notices, and employee engagement.Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines of various projects.Compensation & Other Benefits:Pick & drop facility.Salary review: Yearly based on performance.Festival bonus: 2(Yearly).Earn leave encashment.Gratuity scheme.Lunch & mobile allowance.Welfare fund.Weekly holiday as per Government & bti calendar.Company Information:bti is a pioneering and leading company in the real estate industry of Bangladesh established in 1984.
