Responsibilities & Context:1. Executive - Quality Assurance (Engineering Department)Key Responsibilities:Monitor validity of internal (AOC, Part M, Part-145) and external approvals (CAAB-approved agencies/MROs).Oversee compliance with manuals, calibrated tools, forms, and tags.Support internal audits and act as trainee auditor to fulfill QA auditor requirements.Assist in quality review meetings, findings, and aircraft induction documentation.Support incident investigations and mandatory reporting to CAAB.2. Executive - Planning & Technical Records (Engineering Department)Key Responsibilities:Monitor scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance and prepare work packages.Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical and computerized maintenance records.Forecast scheduled maintenance and life-limited component removals.Support audits by CAAB, lessors, and internal QA teams.Participate in aircraft induction, base maintenance, and delivery/re-delivery projects.3. Executive - Technical Services (Engineering Department)Key Responsibilities:Compile and analyze maintenance/reliability data for reporting and corrective action.Evaluate Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and technical publications.Investigate repetitive technical issues and coordinate solutions with manufacturers.Prepare engineering/repair orders and monitor MEL/DMI usage.Provide technical support during aircraft delivery, re-delivery, and modifications.4. Executive - Engineering Procurement (Engineering Department)Key Responsibilities:Source and purchase aircraft parts, tools, and materials at optimum cost and quality.Negotiate with vendors and manage contracts to ensure timely delivery.Track, record, and analyze procurement activities and vendor performance.Ensure compliance with safety procedures and procurement policies.Support process improvements and cost optimization in material management.Education Requirements:Graduated with a BSc. in Aeronautical Engineering (Aerospace/Avionics), or Mechanical, or EEE/Electronics, or IPE or Mechatronics / a BBA in Supply Chain or from any reputed institutes with a minimum CGPA: 3.00 out of 4.00Minimum GPA of 4.00 out of 5.00 is required in both HSC and SSCAdditional Job Requirements:
