Sr. Executive, IT

• Provide day to day IT support to all employees in the office & remote employees.
• Good knowledge & skill on PC (Desktop/Laptop), Printers, Scanners, Photocopier, Access Control Systems setup & installation.
• Practical knowledge on LAN Cabling, Routers and Switches setup, Access Points, Wi-Fi networks etc.
• Sound knowledge & Practical experience on the CCTV Camera, NVR/DVR system Installation, support and troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft windows (10,11), Window Server (2008, 2012, 2016,2019) servers and Linux server.
• Install, configure of SQL Server and schedule backup of Database.
• Operation of MS Office & Outlook setup, configure & troubleshoot for the users.
• Virtual meeting setup with Zoom, Google meet, Microsoft Teams.
• Maintenance of company IT systems including Software, Hardware and Networks.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve the problems. Carry out all the responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Boutique/ Fashion
