Executive/Sr. Executive - HR

• We are looking for Executive/Sr. Executive HR for a reputed RMG company for their Factory.
• Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures.
• Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Managing employee benefits and compensation packages.
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
• Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management.
• Managing employee separation processes.
• Job Location: Shafipur, Gazipur

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

• 1 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Candidates must have experience on RMG factory.
• Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
