- Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting export-import businesses
- Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects aligned with organizational objectives
- Plan and achieve monthly/annual sales and revenue targets
- Conduct regular sales visits and market coverage by commodity and trade lane
- Maintain systematic updates of customer details (competition, prospects, leads)
- Build and manage a strong corporate client base
- Exchange quality sales leads with overseas networks
- Attend local trade exhibitions, conferences, and networking meetings
- Actively engage with clients through cold calling, industry associations, networking, and online platforms
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored logistics solutions
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding
- Age 24 to 35 years

- Basic knowledge of export/import terms, freight forwarding, and logistics
- Proven track record of success in sales with 2-5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant applications
