Responsibilities & Context:We are a leading company engaged in providing real estate, property development, land development, and other land-related services to our valued customers. To expand our business activities further, we are looking for some energetic, skilled, self-driven, and result-oriented marketing executives.Job Responsibilities:
  • Able to communicate with a wide network of different professionals/ businessmen and look for prospective customers
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to serve customers properly
  • Assist in effective and result-oriented communication, presentations to corporate sales
  • Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction, and share the same feeling with each of the team members
  • Collect and provide the latest market information to the marketing team
  • Should possess leadership quality & capacity to work in team
  • Capacity to keep customer database with continuous drive to keep relationship with existing customers and to build a new customer base for the company
  • Should be well disciplined, energetic, confident, and capable of working under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Any other task assigned by Management
Education Requirements:
  • Masters
  • Bachelor/Honors
Graduate/Post-graduate in any discipline from any reputed public/private UniversityExperience:
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design, Developer
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Candidates having 2 to 5 years of sales experience with reputed real estate companies will be given preference. Fresher are also encouraged to apply.
  • Must be self-motivated and dynamic
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, willing to take initiative, and result-oriented
  • The candidate must have adequate computer knowledge & strong command of MS Office, Excel.
  • He/she should know about Database, E-mail & SMS marketing to generate leads
