- Able to communicate with a wide network of different professionals/ businessmen and look for prospective customers
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to serve customers properly
- Assist in effective and result-oriented communication, presentations to corporate sales
- Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction, and share the same feeling with each of the team members
- Collect and provide the latest market information to the marketing team
- Should possess leadership quality & capacity to work in team
- Capacity to keep customer database with continuous drive to keep relationship with existing customers and to build a new customer base for the company
- Should be well disciplined, energetic, confident, and capable of working under pressure with a positive attitude
- Any other task assigned by Management
- Masters
- Bachelor/Honors
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design, Developer
- Candidates having 2 to 5 years of sales experience with reputed real estate companies will be given preference. Fresher are also encouraged to apply.
- Must be self-motivated and dynamic
- Have excellent communication skills
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, willing to take initiative, and result-oriented
- The candidate must have adequate computer knowledge & strong command of MS Office, Excel.
- He/she should know about Database, E-mail & SMS marketing to generate leads
