We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team and help us grow our brand.Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer messages across all social media platforms.
Handle and process online orders efficiently.
Maintain daily work reports and update relevant software entries.
Communicate with customers via phone for feedback, order confirmations, and service updates.
Collaborate with influencers for campaigns, promotions, and brand partnerships.
Coordinate with animal foster homes for promotional activities.
Plan and execute events and marketing campaigns to boost sales and enhance brand image.
Represent the company at fairs, exhibitions, and events organized by Oskies Pet Food Limited.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience:

At least 1 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 24 to 32 years

Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic office software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in customer service, sales, or social media management will be an advantage.Skills & Expertise:Advertising & Promotion,Brand Promotion,Communication,Customer ServiceCompensation & Other Benefits:
