Admin Officer - Maintenance

Responsibilities & Context:Supervise and coordinate renovation, interior and exterior works including layout, finishing, and refurbishment.Ensure timely repair and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generator, and other utility systems.Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.Monitor safety and compliance of fire systems, CCTV, and building standards.Track and control utility consumption (electricity, water, gas).Provide support in administrative and facility-related projects including office relocation, expansion, or refurbishment.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Civil Engineering
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Spinning
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
Must have hands-on knowledge of renovation and maintenance projects.Strong vendor and contractor management skills.Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferable.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Good problem-solving and multitasking ability.Skills & Expertise:AutoCAD,Building construction work,Exterior Project,facilities management,Interior and exterior Design,Interior Works,Renovation,Repair and Maintenance SkillsCompensation & Other Benefits:As per company policy
