Responsibilities & Context:Make outbound calls to assigned leads or contact lists.Ensure punctuality and adherence to daily work schedules.Maintain call quality and professionalism throughout interactions.Follow company protocols for data handling and confidentiality.Report any challenges or irregularities to the supervisor promptly.Follow communication scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.Achieve daily/monthly targets for call volume, quality, and conversionEducation Requirements:

HSC
Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
