Manager (Production & All Maintenance)

• Oversee and manage daily production operations of the auto rice mill.
• Plan and execute production activities to meet defined targets and deadlines.
• Ensure regular maintenance and smooth operation of all machinery used in auto rice mills.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including motors, control panels, VFDs, and electrical distribution systems.
• Supervise and coordinate with technical teams, machine operators, electricians, and other support staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor production efficiency, energy consumption, and operational cost to ensure overall cost control.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure a clean, disciplined working environment.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and maintenance logs.
• Identify areas of improvement in production processes and implement best practices to increase productivity.
• Ensure uninterrupted availability of utilities like electricity, water, compressed air, etc. for continuous operations.
• Liaise with senior management regarding production status, machine health, and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper inventory management of spare parts and maintenance tools.
• Provide technical training and support to team members for skill enhancement and safety awareness.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely procurement and servicing of equipment.

• Master of Science (MSc)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Masters

• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup

• Age At least 35 years
• Only Male

• Must have experience In Auto Rice Mills. Flour Mills, Feed Mills, or other agro-based companies.
