- Assist in bioinformatics analyses, including processing, quality control, and basic interpretation of sequence data (e.g., DNA, RNA);
- Maintain and execute established bioinformatics pipelines and workflows;
- Aid in troubleshooting routine technical issues under guidance;
- Provide research support by managing data, and following defined protocols;
- Accurately document all procedures, results, and methodologies;
- Assist in preparing data for reports, presentations, and manuscripts.
- BSc in relevant discipline;
- One year of experience in relevant field.
- Fixed-term basis for one year with a possibility of extension subject to availability of fund and performance.
- Annual Tk. 474,530/-, inclusive of house rent, conveyance, and other admissible benefits;
- 14.8% provident fund contribution, income tax paid by icddr,b, children allowance @Tk.1,917/- per child per month, festival bonus, contributory healthcare support including dependent spouse and children, group life insurance, and subsidized canteen. Transport and daycare facilities are subject to space availability.
