Responsibilities & Context:As a Sr. Executive (Corporate Sales) at IOM Group, you will work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where success requires strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and a customer-first approach.
  • Visit corporate clients, prepare professional proposals/quotations, follow up, negotiate, and close sales deals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop new customer relationships while maintaining long-term partnerships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research, engage customers through email/mobile marketing, and capture emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts to support business planning.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Accounts, Logistics) to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to strengthen sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote the brand.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in BBA (Marketing) or Master's degree in MBA (Marketing) from any reputed private and public universities.
Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Sales / B2B Business.
