Responsibilities & Context:Administrative & Clerical SupportManaging the employer's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.Handling telephone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the employer.Preparing and organizing files, records, and documents.Drafting letters, memos, and official communications.Office & Task ManagementMaintaining confidential information with discretion.Arranging travel plans, bookings, and itineraries.Coordinating with staff, clients, and stakeholders as directed.Organizing and reminding the employer about deadlines, meetings, and events.Personal AssistanceRunning errands or assisting in personal matters when required.Acting as a point of contact between the employer and others.Ensuring the employer is well-prepared for meetings, presentations, or events.Decision & Support RoleScreening calls/visitors and deciding on priority matters.Providing research, reports, and summaries to assist in decision-making.Representing the employer in meetings if required.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
Experience:
  • At most 1 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Travel Agent
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 32 years
  • Only Female
Skills & Expertise:Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English.,Friendly and responsive,Good comunication skill
