Responsibilities & Context:Lead the entire Quality Assurance team at the factory level, overseeing quality systems from fabric inspection to final shipment.Ensure strict quality control in all stages: fabric, cutting, sewing, finishing, packing.Maintain compliance with buyer-specific quality standards (e.g. Walmart, C&A, Aldi, NEXT, etc.).Conduct pre-production meetings, risk assessments, and quality planning for new styles and programs.Monitor inline, end-line, and final inspections; ensure AQL standards are met.Identify root causes of defects and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Guide and train QA staff on quality SOPs, buyer requirements, and product specifications.Interface with buyers' QC teams and auditors; manage external and internal inspections.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defect rates, rework, and enhance quality KPIs.Ensure timely reporting and documentation of inspection reports, audits, and quality metrics.Support technical audits, system development, and compliance with ISO9001/buyer audit requirements.RequirementsEducation: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Bachelor's/Master's in relevant field.· Experience: Minimum 15 years in Quality with at least 5 years in a senior QA leadership role (DGM level).Age: Around 40 years (flexible for highly experienced candidates).Strong knowledge in Woven Jacket production.Excellent leadership, planning, and floor management skills.Ability to handle production pressure and ensure timely shipment.Strong knowledge of technical and buyer audit standards.Good communication skills in English & Bangla.Proven track record with top-tier buyers.Skills & ExpertiseExcellent leadership and team management skills.In-depth knowledge of quality systems, audits, and technical parameters.Ability to handle pressure and multiple product lines simultaneously.Strong verbal and written communication in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP/QMS tools.Additional Job Requirements:
