Responsibilities & Context:Job ContextWe are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing digital strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking and strong leadership skills to oversee campaigns across multiple digital channels.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.Plan and manage campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and content marketing.Manage and optimize the company's website performance, ensuring strong UX and lead generation.Track, measure and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console etc.).Collaborate with designers, content creators and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing assets.Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and provide regular performance reports to senior management.Drive strategies for online reputation management and customer engagement.Education Requirements:
  • Masters
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Online Retail Startup
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Only Male
  • Proven experience (3-5+ years) in digital marketing management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar.
  • Proficiency in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and brand consistency.
