Shop Executive

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
• Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and overall store environment.
• Ensure stock is updated, organized, and reported on time.
• Handle billing, cash, and digital payments accurately.
• Keep daily sales records and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate with the store manager and team for smooth operations.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
• Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and new arrivals to customers.
• Ensure company policies and service standards are maintained inside the shop.

• Bachelor/Honors

• At least 1 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Wholesale, Retail Store, Mobile Accessories, Shop/Showroom, Mobile Industry
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
