Responsibilities & Context:Develop and implement sales strategies focused on cotton, blended, OE, carded, combed & Core yarns to achieve revenue and margin targets for domestic and export markets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in apparel, home textiles, knitwear, and weaving sectors; establish presence in untapped geographies or customer segments.Maintain and grow strong relationships with key buyers, garment exporters, mills, and trading companies to secure repeat and bulk yarn orders.Coordinate closely with production planning, spinning operations, and quality control to ensure yarn specifications, lead times, and packaging requirements are met as per customer expectations.Continuously monitor yarn market trends, raw cotton prices, spinning capacity utilization, and competitor offerings to guide pricing, positioning, and product development.Lead the yarn sales team, assign region/product-specific targets, provide training on technical yarn specifications, and conduct regular performance reviews.Represent the company at key textile exhibitions, yarn fairs, and buyer-seller meets to showcase spinning capabilities and build brand visibility.Ensure timely order-to-cash cycle management, including order confirmations, dispatch tracking, payment follow-ups, and credit control in collaboration with the finance department.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • At least 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age At least 40 years
  • Only Male
  • Deep understanding of spinning operations and yarn specifications (OE, ring spun, carded/combed, blends).
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and market knowledge (domestic & export).
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
