Responsibilities & Context:Follow up with leads through Facebook, WhatsApp messages, phone and website order.Call potential and existing customers to promote products/services.Handle customer orders and inquiries from all digital platforms.Maintain accurate customer information and purchase details in the database.Achieve monthly sales targets.Build long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Bachelor Degree in any DisciplineExperience:

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, F-commerce

Additional Job Requirements:Excellent communication skills (Bangla & English).Must be fast in Bangla typing (Avro/Bijoy any).Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).Positive, energetic, and convincing personality.Compensation & Other Benefits:
