Responsibilities & Context:Handle customer queries via phone and live chat with professionalismMonitor the orders which are received in our E-Commerce portal.In bound customers support for customer query and products and service information.Provide inbound and outbound customer support (queries, orders, complaints, telemarketing).Check the Pop-Up notification E-mails.Check and monitor order status. Check with Vendor whether the order is processing within the lead time and processed notification to the vendor to take immediate actions.Ensure service quality by following organizational standards..Send a Delivery and thanks note to the customer.Track refund/return issues and support operational requirementsAny other task assigned as operational requirementsEducation Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 28 years
Strong MS Office skills (Word & Excel).Good communication skill (Verbal & Typing)Willingness to work in 24/7 roster shifts.Compensation & Other Benefits:
