- Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and confirmation processes.
- Maintain staff attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Prepare monthly salary sheets and coordinate with accounts.
- Conduct employee evaluations and manage performance appraisals.
- Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and ensure policy compliance.
- Organise training, staff development, and internal orientation sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date employee files and digital records.
- Oversee administrative operations across all departments.
- Ensure proper cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of facilities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain inventory of administrative assets and supplies.
- Ensure all licenses and certificates are up-to-date.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Ensure security and emergency systems are maintained.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- At least 5 years
