Responsibilities & Context:We are seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our organization as HR & Admin Executives. This role is crucial in ensuring effective human resource management and smooth administrative operations.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll processing and performance evaluation activities.
  • Oversee office administration, logistics, and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and maintain proper filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and employee engagement programs.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Administration, CSE, or a related field
Experience:
  • At least 1 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational and analytical ability
  • Basic knowledge of HR/Admin operations and proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
