- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing and performance evaluation activities.
- Oversee office administration, logistics, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and maintain proper filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and employee engagement programs.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Administration, CSE, or a related field
- At least 1 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational and analytical ability
- Basic knowledge of HR/Admin operations and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
