Responsibilities & Context:Develop, implement, and maintain the Environmental Management System (EMS) in compliance with ISO 14001:2015.Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate EHS standards.Oversee and manage ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and WTP (Water Treatment Plant) operations.Supervise incinerator management and ensure safe disposal of hazardous waste.Implement and monitor waste & garbage management programs.Manage hazardous chemical storage, handling, and disposal in line with compliance requirements.Develop, implement, and periodically review the Emergency Action Plan (EAP).Conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures to minimize risks.Coordinate with regulatory authorities, certification agencies, and internal stakeholders.Lead and support EHS, Energy, and Fire Safety audits, inspections, and projects.Promote a culture of continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.Plan, organize, and deliver employee training, awareness sessions, and safety drills.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science

Experience:

At least 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Textile, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Chemical Industries

Additional Job Requirements:Extensive experience in environmental management and occupational health & safety (OHS).Strong knowledge of current environmental trends, best practices, and regulatory standards.Proven experience in conducting training programs for employees on environmental and OHS compliance.Confident in handling audits, including ISO 14001:2015 and other regulatory inspections.Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain EHS systems, ensuring organizational compliance and continuous improvement.Understanding the operations of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), and incinerator.Skills & Expertise:ETP and Water Treatment Process,Health Safety and Environment,HIRA,ISO 14000,Occupational HealthCompensation & Other Benefits:
