Responsibilities & Context:Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop job descriptions.Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.Conduct background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment assessments.Promote the organization as an employer of choice through social media, events, and recruitment campaigns.Maintain a professional and engaging presence on job boards and professional networks.Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.Develop relationships with universities, training institutes, and industry networks for potential talent sourcing.Maintain accurate recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to improve processes.Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires, ensuring all documentation and induction programs are completed.Education Requirements:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource ManagementExperience:

2 to 5 years
