Responsibilities & Context:The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the organization's talent sourcing and hiring initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with department heads and functional leaders to understand staffing needs, develop strategic recruitment plans, and ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent.1. Strategic Workforce PlanningPartner with department and functional heads to understand short-term and long-term talent requirements.Identify skill gaps and develop proactive recruitment strategies to meet organizational objectives.Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles to ensure business continuity.2. Recruitment Process ManagementLead end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, fairness, and compliance.Implement best practices in candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection.Develop and maintain standardized recruitment guidelines, tools, and templates for consistent practices across departments.3. Stakeholder EngagementAct as the primary point of contact for department heads regarding recruitment needs.Advise managers on candidate fit, compensation benchmarking, and market trends.Collaborate with functional leaders to design role-specific assessment and interview processes.4. Candidate Sourcing & Employer BrandingDevelop and maintain strong networks to attract high-quality talent across multiple channels.Promote the organization as an employer of choice, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies when necessary.5. Offer Management & Onboarding SupportPrepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts in line with organizational policies.Support the onboarding process in coordination with department heads to ensure smooth integration of new hires.6. Reporting & AnalyticsMaintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making.Continuously improve recruitment processes through data-driven recommendations.Education Requirements:Master's or Bachelor's d degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.Experience:
At least 10 years
