Responsibilities & Context:Deal with client inquiries regarding airlines / flights & other travel servicesCommunicate with clients to provide travel servicesRespond to clients via online & offline channelsCreate travel itineraries with flights & other travel servicesBook flights using different platforms like GDS & Other systemsKeep sales records & report sales informationBe up to date with airlines rules, offers & promotionsExecute all GDS major commands in Sabre / Travelport /Amadeus & NDC platforms (Book, reissue, issue, split / merge, refund, ancillary, Dummy bookings etc.)Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by administrationEducation Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 25 to 50 years
