Responsibilities & Context:Akij Venture Limited, one of the pioneering companies in the food, and beverage sector under the umbrella of Akij Group, the largest conglomerate in the country which, has already made a mark in the dairy business and diversified its portfolio into Health & Hygiene, Electrical & Electronics, Bicycle, Insurance and Agro sectors.The candidate will be responsible to:Supervise & lead the smooth and effective functioning of the relevant SKUs sales to drive top-line growth in existing as well as new export markets and prepare innovative sales plans to achieve higher value realizationConduct logical monthly and yearly sales forecasting, comparing projections with actual sales. Take accountability for unmet targets, identify root causes, and implement strategies to drive sales growthOversee the day-to-day export sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales plansContinuously monitor competitors` activities to understand demand-supply scenarios and regulato-ry issues to formulate strategies for increasing export market shareEnsure an increase in the export market share and profitability by facilitating market and business development by confirming timely product delivery and reducing product damageAssist with the promotional activities of the company, including Sales activations, brand activations & events, etc., to ensure adequate market awareness for our productsDrive high levels of customer service standards across the organization to increase customer satisfaction in the export marketEducation Requirements:
  • Masters
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Master`s/MBA in any discipline from a reputed university. Major in Marketing is preferableExperience:
  • At least 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Food (Packaged), Beverage
Additional Job Requirements:Experience:At least 12 years of relevant work experience from any reputed organizationProven experience as a Head of Export-S&M or in a similar role, preferably within the Health & Hygiene, Electrical & Electronics and Bicycle IndustriesRequirements:Strong understanding of the export sales market and consumer behaviour across all over the worldExcellent sales analytical skills & hands-on knowledge about export laws, rules and regulationsCompensation & Other Benefits:As per the company policy
