ZenexCloud is a growing cloud service provider offering domain registration, hosting, VPS, RDP, and enterprise-level solutions. Our mission is to expand globally with a full range of services similar to GoDaddy, Namecheap, and other leading providers.Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Cloud Services & Operations to lead our entire cloud department. This role will oversee sales, customer support, system solutions, server infrastructure, and service expansion, ensuring operational excellence and driving innovation in our offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the entire cloud department including Sales, Support, Infrastructure, and Solutions teams.Oversee domain, hosting, VPS, and RDP services, ensuring high uptime and customer satisfaction.Develop and implement strategies to expand services (SSL, Email Hosting, Website Builder, Cloud Security, etc.) to compete with top global providers.Direct server configuration, infrastructure management, and system solutions to maintain best-in-class performance and security.Drive revenue growth by aligning sales strategies with customer needs and market opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new cloud-based products and services.Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.Mentor and build a high-performing team across technical, support, and sales functions.Education Requirements:
- Bachelor/Honors
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
Proven experience in a leadership role within the cloud hosting / IT infrastructure industry.
Strong knowledge of domain management, web hosting, VPS, RDP, and cloud technologies.
Familiarity with services offered by GoDaddy, Namecheap, or similar providers.
Excellent understanding of server configuration, networking, and infrastructure management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee multiple teams.
Ability to develop sales and service strategies for both current and future offerings.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with automation tools, cPanel/WHM, Plesk, or cloud orchestration platforms.
Business acumen with ability to drive profitability and market expansion.
Project management and cross-department collaboration skills.
