Responsibilities & Context:Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the overall operations of the company ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and operational standards.Supervise and coordinate centralized branch day to day operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and risk mitigation.Implement effective internal control systems and operational policies for sustainable business growth of Asset Operations and Liability Operations.Ensure smooth functioning of core operational areas including deposit mobilization, product customer service, transaction management, documentation, and reporting.Liaison with regulatory bodies, auditors, and stakeholders to maintain operational transparency.Monitor performance, identify process gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Provide strategic input to Management on operational matters and support in policy formulation and update all topics on regular basisLead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve organizational goals.To ensure efficient and effective execution of all asset and liability operation.Ensure all reporting and prepare all Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly & Yearly statements of Bangladesh Bank, BFIU, NBR, Dudok, DSE, CSE & BSEC etc.Preparation of daily Statements of Affairs centrally for producing to the top management.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting

Master's Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting/Management/Economics or any relevant discipline from a reputed university.Professional certifications (CA, ACCA, CFA, CMA, and MBA) will be considered as an added advantage.Experience:

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Investment/Merchant Banking

Additional Job Requirements:

Age At most 50 years

Minimum 15 years of working experience in banking or financial institutions.At least 5 years of experience in a Senior Leadership role in Operations/General Banking/ Administration.Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Bank Regulations, Financial Operations, and Risk Management.Maximum 50 years (may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates).Strong leadership and decision-making ability.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of operational excellence and regulatory compliance.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.Compensation & Other Benefits:Attractive salary and benefits package as per company policy.Company Information:A front ranking financial institution (FI)
