Responsibilities & Context:Develop & implement effective sales strategieslead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targetOversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales plansMonitor and analyze performance matrix and suggest improvementsPrepare monthly, quarterly and yearly sales plan and monitored properly to achieve the sales target.Analyze competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategiesAssist with the promotional activities of the company, including Sales activations, brand activations & events, etc., to ensure adequate market awareness for our productsPrepare monthly and annual sales forecastCoordinate with Marketing, Accounts, Logistics, and Supply Chain teamsProvide on time effective solutions of field forceBuild and maintain relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributorsConduct regular market visits and competitor analysisTraining, development & monitoring of sales & distribution personnelPerform any other tasks assigned by managementJob Location: Head Office (Dhaka) with nationwide travel as requiredEducation Requirements:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience:
  • 10 to 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Food (Packaged)/Beverage
