Responsibilities & Context:Develop and implement Talent Management strategies to attract, retain, and grow top talent.Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Design and drive Employee Engagement programs to foster a positive work culture.Ensure effective Employee Relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting compliance with HR policies.Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.Contribute to policy development, process improvement, and HR best practices.Education Requirements:BBA/ MBA in HRM from reputed educational institutionsExperience:
  • At least 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service
