Responsibilities & Context:Job ContextWe are a leading Foam and Mattress manufacturer committed to delivering high-quality sleep and comfort products. To support our continued growth and strengthen our market presence, we are seeking motivated and target-driven Corporate Sales Executives (Male candidates only). This is a field-based position requiring regular visits to clients and potential customers to drive sales and ensure timely collections.The role involves managing relationships with various customers, with a strong focus on limiting credit sales and maintaining a consistent cash collection cycle in line with company policies.Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and visit potential customers to promote and sell foam, mattress, and bedding products.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.Execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and monitor outstanding dues.Limit credit sales and strictly adhere to company credit policies and terms.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.Prepare daily reports on sales activities, customer visits, and payment collections.Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation in the marketplace.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Minimum of a BBA in Marketing from a recognized educational institution.
  • Graduates in Marketing, particularly those with a BBA background, will be strongly preferred.
Experience:
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Hotel, Furniture Manufacturer
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 18 to 35 years
  • Only Male
  • Candidates with relevant experience and proven expertise in corporate sales may be considered, even if they do not meet the formal academic requirement.
