Responsibilities & Context:
  • Attending calls- receiving and responding, in pleasant manner, while trying to provide full information and support to the caller.
  • Welcome all clients, visitors, guests into the front desk office in a professional manner and maintain records related to front desk operation.
  • Receiving letters, messages and documents time to time and handover those to the concerned persons: tracking all inbound and outbound parcels and documents.
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing calls via a computerized switchboard.
  • Maintaining important documents, records and files in a proper and organized manner related to Front Desk.
  • Flexible to work in roster.
  • To assist the administrative heads of the organization.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Newspaper/Magazine, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 28 years
  • The applicants should have experience in any of the following areas: Front Desk, Personal Secretary, Customer Service, Office Security and Office Cleaning Service.
Skills & Expertise:Communication,Google workspace,Microsoft Office,Office Management,Operating PABXCompensation & Other Benefits:
